We have been in business on Vietnam for over 9 years and we really do work very hard to keep our customers happy.
Anyway, here are those terms and conditions:
Our products are all warrantied for the use that they have been intended.
We guarantee the quality of the chemical products and accessories.
Regarding the leather, we know as well as you that leather is a natural products and can never be 100% free of defects. Our regular customers know and trust our quality, as they know that our tannery suppliers are top rated.
If you are unsure about buying leather from us online, we do suggest that you please come to visit us in HCM City to check the leather before you purchase.
Now when things go wrong, we do give you a period of 30 days from receipt of your products to notify us if there is something that you are not happy about.
If you raise an issue after 30 days in some circumstances we may still be able to work with you for refund, return or exchange.
You should communicate with us in writing by email.
You may write in English or Vietnamese.
Send us an email giving your full name, delivery address and order number. Explain in words the nature of your issue. Write clearly to tell us if you would like to return the products for a refund (money back) or if you would like to return and exchange the products for some alternative products that we sell.
We will within 24 hours reply to say that we have received your email.
We will asses the situation in full and give a formal written reply within 5 working days telling clearly the steps to follow in case of refund, return, exchange. If we require you to return the products to us, this must be within 45 days of receipt of your original shipment.
If we ask you to return the products to us then the returned products must be still new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would like to also receive the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your products. In case we are at fault with quality then we will refund the cost of your shipping. For other reasons, the shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer will pay.
You can use any form of shipping you prefer but we are only responsible for the returned products once they reach us in good condition. However please not if the value of the products is over VND 1 million then we do insist that you use a shipping service than can be tracked and traced in the event of any problems.
Within 10 working days of our receiving the products that you have returned, we will inspect the products and inform you in writing of next steps.
In case of your request for refund or exchange will try our best at this point to give you a clear answer that is either an approval or a rejection of your request.
Exchange of product depends of availability of the alternative product(s) that you request.
Refund will be by credit card if you paid by credit card.
If you paid by other method then the refund will be by cash, TT, SWIFT or bank deposit.
In case of TT, SWIFT, bank deposit we do reserve the right to deduct the bank fees from the refund in case that we are not at fault.
Refunds are made by us normally within 7 working days for the approval / rejection email.
If you expecting a refund and have not yet received it, please do first check with your bank or credit card issuer. Often it takes a few days or in some cases even weeks for the bank on your side to credit your account. For our part, on request, we are happy to provide you with written evidence that we have processed your refund.

Products purchased in a sale or with a discount code are treated in exactly that same way as products sold with no sale or discounts at normal prices. The buyer has all the normal rights when buying products with discounts or sales and the above process will be followed for refunds, exchanges and returns.
We prefer to make an exchange of products when the products we have supplied you are defective or faulty in some way.
If the products are in good and workable condition we can also consider an exchange as long as we are not out of pocket and losing money with the shipping costs.
Due to the nature of the products we sell we prefer that you do not purchase our products as gifts for others. If you wish to purchase some products as gifts for another then please contact us by email or telephone and we will advise.
