When you need the leather to be harder use Ledafil.
Ledafil is a water based chemical, a colourless liquid, that when applied on the leather flesh side (means the back side of the leather) and after drying will result in the skin being more hard.
Apply by hand with a sponge pad or brush, or you can apply by spray.
Dry at room temperature, no oven is required.
Very useful for makers of bags and leather goods, but also used by shoe makers.
